I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of California (Lic. 90684). My clinical experience includes individual, couple, family and group therapy through school based counseling, the non-profit sector, and eating disorder treatment at the residential, intensive-day, and outpatient levels of care. I hold a certificate in Perinatal Mental Health and have completed a two year training in the Hakomi Method through the Hakomi Institute of California.

I don't have all the answers. I am still in process in every area of my life and I imagine I always will be - such is the nature of being human. Because I am on this journey too, I feel my client's deeply. I see them as only a fellow traveler can. But my training as a therapist has given me a lot of incredibly useful tools, perspectives, and insights and I'm always learning new ways of inviting health and healing in myself and others. I bring strong clinical knowledge, years of experience counseling diverse populations, courage, depth, wisdom, deep listening, and compassion to my work and am constantly awed by the transformations that occur when people feel seen, heard and held.

I am also a wife, the mama of two young children, and in those rare moments of free time, I love doing anything creative, playing in my garden, reading, singing in my women's choir, being in nature, riding my bike, and making good food with good friends. I have one of those inquisitive, curious minds that never stops wondering about things and seeking new information, wisdom and perspectives. I am dedicated to being of service in the world and to developing deeper levels of compassion, kindness and understanding for all beings.
