Metamorphosis Support Group
for Mamas of Littles under 6 

 

Join Lauren Reppy, LMFT, PMH-C, for a weekly support group for mothers of littles under the age of 6. The intention for this gathering is to create a space where women can share honestly and authentically about their motherhood experiences, and receive validation, reflection, connection, and support. For so many, motherhood can feel isolating because society often makes it taboo to acknowledge just how deeply complex and often difficult this journey is.

 

If you find yourself feeling angry, resentful, exhausted, and struggling to enjoy aspects of motherhood, you are absolutely not alone. You deserve to know this by gathering with other mothers willing to bravely share their authentic experiences. This group is the antidote to the unintentionally shaming messages that mothers so often receive ("this should be the happiest time of your life," "I miss when my kids were little like yours," "don't you just love being a mother?" etc..",etc). This is a group where mamas can be real. Where you can come to vent, grieve, process, and celebrate everything that motherhood entails. If this resonates with you, come join us, because we're not meant to do this alone.

When: Wednesdays 11:00am - 11:50am (starting July 22nd)

Where: In person Santa Cruz (address will be shared when you sign up)

Cost: $60 per group ($50 per group if you pay for 4 sessions up front)

Who: Mothers of littles under the age of 6

* You are welcome to bring your babes if they are not yet walkers but you are encouraged to take this solo time for yourself if possible . *
